Q1. What are your shipping options?
A. We ship orders by USPS or UPS. Depending on weight of package and destination address outside of USA, prices may vary. You can choose between economy and standard shipping at checkout.
Q2. How long will it take for me to get my package?
A.
Normal order processing can take between 2-4 business days (Monday – Friday).
This does not include the time our carriers take to deliver your items. The type of shipping you choose at checkout will determine final timeframe. Most orders are delivered within 5 business days.
Q2. The item I want is sold out, when will it be back in stock?
A. We urge our customers to complete the “out of stock” sign up form on any given wanted item that is marked out of stock. This helps us to understand what items and sizes needs to be restocked. Once a restock is coming we will alert customers via email.
Q3. How do I track my order?
A. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Q4. How do I process a return/exchange?
A. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@trulybonded.com. We will then send you the steps to follow in processing your return. Customers are responsible for costs of all return items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For more information on placing a return, please click this link.
Q5. What is your return policy?
A. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start the return process please contact us at contact@trulybonded.com and we will be happy to help you.
Q6. Can I make changes to an order I already placed?
A. Please reach out to us via email or our contact form to change an order you have previously made. We will try our best to accommodate your request. Please note that if your package has been processed/shipped it is out of our control.
Q7. My coupon isn’t working, how do I fix this?
A. If you are problems with your promo code, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you. Please note some of our coupon codes have expiration dates and may not be valid. Also, coupon codes cannot be combined with any existing.
Q8. Why haven’t I received my order after the expected time frame?
A. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@trulybonded.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
