        Shipping policy

        Free Shipping on all USA orders $100 or more. 

        Note: There may be some delays due to COVID 19. 

        Order Processing:

        Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

        We ship orders by USPS or UPS. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order and ship it out. This does not include the time our carriers take to deliver your items. You will receive shipping confirmation within 3 business days from the day your order was placed.

        Please understand that these times above are estimated and not promised.

        Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 3-5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $15 delivery fee. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions. * We are not responsible for duties and taxes on international shipments. 

        Unfortunately, we cannot promise that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS/UPS. It is the responsibility of USPS/UPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.         Pick Up Info

        You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at a select location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

        Please have your order confirmation email with you when picking up orders.

        How do I check the status of my order?

        When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

        If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@trulybonded.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
